About Me

You can expect three things from me –

  1. I am deeply empathetic in nature and will provide a peaceful and judgement-free space for you to be as messy as you need to be.
  2. I use a number of therapies including Schema Therapy and Attachment Theory to help you understand your behavioural patterns and their origins.
  3. I offer Nonviolent Communication skills as a way to better connect with yourself, discover your unmet needs, and narrate your inner world to others in ways they will hear.
